During our recent stay at Elegance, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Francesca, along with two male attendants, went above and beyond to assist us in arranging an early morning taxi. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool table, adding a touch of fun to our stay. The hotel's location was another positive feature, as it provided easy access to public transportation and was conveniently situated near various amenities.

While there were a few areas that could be improved, we do recommend this hotel.

I chose Elegance for its proximity to Calo de ses Lleonardes. The hotel's facilities, including WiFi, restaurant, and swimming pool, pleasantly surprised me. The quiet area of Arenal, close to the beach, shops, and park, made my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a last-minute reservation and managed to secure a nice room with a view. The location of the hotel is great, with shops, restaurants, and the beach nearby. Additionally, the staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the aquarium and the airport. It was also near the beach, making it convenient for a day of sun and relaxation. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind, providing good service. The breakfast, although simple, was satisfactory. the hotel had a nice atmosphere and provided a peaceful and private experience.

The hotel lacks proper security measures, with broken door locks and guests having to ask for remote controls due to theft issues.

I chose to visit Sa Pesquera Plana, and Elegance was the perfect hotel for that. The facilities, including the swimming pool and 24-hour reception, were impressive and exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, as it was close to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars.
